ABAD: Navigating Between Human and Non-Human Ecosystems

Abad is a project born to continue a family tradition in furniture design. The founders, Jon Abad and Iker Abad, decided to take an unexpected turn in what they have been doing in their career, aiming to explore design from a philosophical perspective.

By placing ecology at the core of their work and utilizing local waste materials, Jon and Iker craft solutions for public spaces that enhance both physical and social comfort for those who inhabit them. They also remind us that streets are not only inhabited by humans, but also interact with—what they like to call—non-human ecosystems.

We collaborate with ABAD to strengthen their online presence—managing their Instagram and LinkedIn, creating news content for their website, and curating monthly newsletters.
